when i enquired a person who was knowledgeable about such dogs, he said that those people would rather give you their children, but never their dogs. but you can get a koochee from pakistan and afghanistan if you do research. even in bullies, there are people who never give their dogs even to their relatives and the ones who eagerly sell their dogs to anyone.. in such areas, they quote one price for localites and one price for foreigners! and besides, the ones you get as gifts will be the ones from top quality! those dog sellers won't be having good dogs.
