  • I've had this explained to me as "german temperament vs english temperament", maybe someone can expand on that. I know the neo isn't english but the distinction came about before anything other than english and german breeds were around, and today neos would definitely be considered to have the "english temperament". Anyway it's apparently no mistake the rottweiler is like it is, it has it's benefits and actually makes it easier to train with traditional methods, but yeah it would seem dogs with the english temperament are definitely easier to live with.
