Okay Guys, here is something in the USA. North Carolina now has a bill going through to be voted upon, that will allow inspections of private property at anytime. The bill allows law enforcement and local animal control to search the houses and private property at any time of the day or night of anyone who falls under the definition of Commercial Breeder. Commercial Breeder in their definition, is anyone who breeds more than 2 litters a year. Talk about Nazi Germany time. I hope that N. C. votes this down. Kat
