    • "Chavez" Fawn male for private adoption to a good home. Pedigreed dog. Approx 5 yrs old, male, neutered. Housebroken, crate trained, UTD on shots. Had some basic OB when younger, but will need a refresher, and some rules laid down. Home situation changed, and he didn't change with it. Laid back personality, but has some dog aggression on walks according to owner. Older or no children preferred. Was raised with a half sister a year younger then him. I will be picking him up next weekend and will have more info, better evaluatiuon and pics after that. If interested please email me at hooliganacres@wildblue.net
      • I hope you are able to place him. Good luck.
        • Thanks for the thoughts Gary, but no luck yet. This guy is an awesome dog though. LOVES to be with you, doesn't wander. Protective of his home (had a near miss live bite with a pest control guy that walked unannounced and unescorted into the previous home), really an easy keeper. We've taken some of the extra weight off of him, since he's not being spoiled anymore  If I only had a few, or he was the only, I'd keep him easily. Hasn't shown any dog aggression through the kennels to the two other males next to him. Anyway, here are some pics of him from Sunday, in our nice 68 degree winter weather...

              • Yeah, I loved that shot. The kid wasn't very good yet, becuase he got up, rolled on another few feet, and then seemed to trip over himself again, and hit the floor again. And of course, these guys are too COOL for any protective gear  I took Chavez by to see how he'd react to the noise, and rowdy boys. That's as excited as he got. Actually, he's Spanish descent on both sides  He is from a litter my import male did a stud for, to an import and a Spanish CH's daughter. I didn't birth him or raise him, but the woman who did was not in the position to take him back in, so I did. We're not sure exactly where in the lines he came from, but i think he got all the bad things that it was possible to get... I'm not sure what happened to his head. His body came up nice, if way too big, and he looks better since we've dropped about 10 lbs off of him. But i have to wonder if the head ended up a casulty of neutering, because you can still feel the ridge in the cranium, like it never finished growing. :? Haven't seen the like before. I have his father, and two half siblings and a half cousin here, and nothing like that. Anyway, here's dad...an FCI Puerto Rico CH, at 8.5 yrs of age
