Brewer's yeast?

Yaj - I don't feel the risk of Bloat/Torsion is worth the possible B -Vitamin & flea control bennifit. I believe if a balanced diet is feed there should be no need to suppliment. Concentrated suppliments are a relativily modern concept. Man and beast had lived for thousands of years before the bennifit of the Vitamin pill.....;) This is a nice overview of RAW food: http://www.barfworld.com/html/barf_diet/barfdiet_specific.shtml Organ meat and a variety of veggies /fruit added to a meaty bone diet will/should be all that is ever needed.

    • Has anybody here used brewer's yeast in their dogs diet? If so I would love to know about your experience. I have read a lot of good stuff about it and was planning on trying it on my dogs. Regards, Yaj.
      • Hi Yaj, I remember reading about Brewers Yeast on the forum before. Please try a search and see what comes up.
        • Thank you Gary, I had actually done a search before posting and again after your reply but I did not find anything with a discussion ,experiences on Brewer's yeast though it has been mentioned in brief as an ingredient in some threads. I was wondering if someone had tried it and can share positive/negative opinions on the same. Anyway I have already ordered some so its on the way. So I will share my experience with it. Regards, Yaj.
