Balkan Boys's Tifon de Ironbull
I like presa's but some seem to take mastiff like form/ability and temperament while others take a more bulldog type. This dog is def more mastiffy than I would like. What draws you to the presa out of curiosity?

The Neo, was involved in the early reconstruction of the breed. It seems to be a hard breed to pin down. The dogs in Curtos book as well as the standard listed there. Could be a good starting point. I like the fifth picture down. He a good looking dog. Richard -

They are typically passive and are not trained to actively attack an intruder. They are usually kept indoors as family pets and do not require extensive training.A guard dog, on the other hand, is trained to...

Wondering whats the benefits? You will probably hear someone say that having the loose skin will help it to protect itself from bites, allow it to turn on something that is biting it and other things like that. I think, it was just an overexageration of characteristic as what happened with the Neapolitan Mastiff. Some may think that if some wrinke is...

https://molosserdogs.com/view-video/coyote-vs-american-pitbull-terrier"Whenever wild animals encroach on our urban areas and start crossing paths with our domesticated pets, we start wondering if there are any safety issues we should be concerned about. Hi there .. I am interested to learn about the different types of CAS; Central Asia is a vast area with different terrains; for example only: How many types/strains? What are the physical differences between the different types e.g. CAS from the steppes, CAS from the mountains etc? How can the different types be identified? Does 'type' = 'strain'?...
I just went back and read this entire topic again. What a great gem it turned out to be. I looked around the social sites for some good content regarding dogs but it is very hard to find anything of substance anymore. Some breed specific websites do still have great content and I will feature some of them in another post. If you find a wonderful article...
