Stray dogs are very annoying and sometimes dangerous. In my area some people have had their livestock preyed on by uncontrolled dogs running in packs. Several have lost goats and sheep - I lost 3 sheep due to my fencing preventing my dogs from engaging. The next day when the dogs game back to kill more sheep - I shot them.
