I thought Texas already had an open carry law.
We have it in Missouri, but practically every city, county, municipality have a law that doesn't allow us to carry openly. That doesn't make sense. The state laws says we can carry openly. The local laws prevent us from carrying openly. There are only a few areas that allow for open carry here.
