If someone doesn't take care of one thing, like a HOME- it's pretty much a good sign to me that they don't take care of other things, PUPS. Disease, germs, bacteria, all kinds of things come to mind. Sorry, but with pups, an environment should be CLEAN. Would you go to a veterinary office that was dirty? Same thing IMHO.
