There really isn't any major difference between Presa and Dogo. when the breed was recognised, dogs went to bed presas, and woke up dogo's. There are those who try to make them out as separate breeds (i.e one is the orignial, and one is a show dog) but basically that's just marketing tactics for why their dogs don't have to live up to the standard, and they can breed whatever they want.
