Thank you Gary, I had actually done a search before posting and again after your reply but I did not find anything with a discussion ,experiences on Brewer's yeast though it has been mentioned in brief as an ingredient in some threads. I was wondering if someone had tried it and can share positive/negative opinions on the same. Anyway I have already ordered some so its on the way. So I will share my experience with it. Regards, Yaj.
