it was the manner in which you asked the question...and maybe I do like to be shocked ;) I dont know...there are some local law enforcement that belong to the same gun club I belong to and they are k9 officiers and well, there dogs have the same collars on... and I have felt the sensation my dog gets and I wouldnt even call it a shock....
