I know that he is not a roamer however I fear that he will possibly go after someone. We don't usually have people walking down our street because it is private and only has 3 houses on it. We live at the end of a cul de sac. If I am there and something catches his attention he makes a run for it but if I am not there he will usually just bark at it. Gary, I may take you up on that offer. It would be nice just to try it out to see if it works.
