Most female dogs do have an abnormal culture which is slight due to the changes within the body at that time and most dont warrant antibiotics as it is quite normal. I would like to know what proof you had, to why the dog miscarried and why the infection (if proven) wasnt dealt with straight away after the miscarriage. I see no reason if dealt with that the dog cannot carry a full term pregnancy if this was corrected at the time Good Luck
