Here is little update on Aslan Abashidze dogs. When Abashidze left the province of Ajaria and ran to Russia, his dogs were settled at dog-pounds. One of his dogs, called Basmatch, was big problem to people who tried to put him in cage, being very teritorial and aggressive to strangers. Finaly, people manage to overpower him without any injuries. When Basmatch came to dog-pound, he started to suffer and refuse every meal that was offered to him. Situation was the same for days, so Ajarian authorities decided to transport the dog to Moscow where he will found his master Abashidze. It is fascinating how loyal and devoted dogs can be, more then any human.
