My dog's forehead looks different than what others dogs forehead look like on the pictures I see online. It looks like a big bump in the forehead. I mostly notice it on some pics. I don't know if it's something that is normal or not. I'm attaching a few picture, the bump shows in a couple of them

Background on my dog... When I rescued my dog they just told me she was a 6 months Doberman mix. As today the dog is 8 1/2 months old, weight 65 lb and is 24 inch tall. I don't know how many, or which breeds she came from. As far as I can tell, and going by what other people suggested, looks like she has some Doberman, Pitbull and Labrador. One guy suggested she could be a Canis Panther but I don't see any Great Dane on her.
