I will try once again to submit an opinion. Fingers crossed. I have met plenty of sad examples of dogs, imported from Russia, by persons who have not really known what they have got in to. As said, it is all too good business for some breeders. And every breeder naturally claims to know the breed better than anyone else, and naturally do have the best dogs also. That is why I do recommend to read everything written about the breed beforehand and to meet several dog owners than one breeder. All too many young and healthy dogs ends to the nearest veterinary clinic before they reach maturity. Not to mention the health question. Did you know that for example the screening of hips is not common in Russia. Unfortunately this is a huge risk for a small population of a rare breed in other countries. By all means, I do not say that importing is wrong, quite contrary, by importing we do get new and necessary genes! What I am saying, is that as a buyer, be aware about the risks and get impartial information as much as possible.
