I was thinking yesterday, after looking at those protection collars. I think maybe the spikes are overkill. I mean a good strong thick leather collar would probably add just as much protection I just see those really long spikes as possibly injuring the dog, or hindering movement. Such as if the dog wants to lay down and rest on its paws etc.
