Better idea is to have your wife grab treat in a pleasant voice say come on Juno, she will then follow. Who feeds Juno? Who walks her currently? One thing your wife should be doing to help ensure the dog will listen is practise o.b. commands and break off small food rewards and make it a fun experience.
