This breed is apparently hard to find, but it seems to have the qualities we're looking for. If we got a male pup, it seems like it would okay with the JRT. Are they really that hard to find, or is it just that finding a properly bred one is difficult? There seem to be plenty of breeders on the internet. Of course, there's no way to know how ethical they are. Would we be more likely to get a good one in LA or the South? The profile says they've been around for about 100 years, so it seems like there could be good breeders anywhere. Any additional info and opinions on this breed are appreciated.
