I was at the dog park a few days ago with my Cane Corso and when I arrived their was a large mastiff. My wife suggested that it was a Fila and I thought there is no way there is a male intact fila in off leash dog park. None the less it did look like one and low and behold it was one. The dog was 10 moths old and 122lbs and friendly as anything and great with other dogs. He and my Corso got along great and there were no problems with the Fila and other dogs there either. Now I know this probably had a lot to do with his age, but after all I have read I was very surprised to see a Fila in this situation. Anyway it was my first time really spending time with a Fila and the owner and dog were a pleasure to be around. S.
