If it is no biggie, then it should be pretty much typical should it not...yet, it is far from typical. Personally, I think it is weak to brag about a dog jumping a 3 foot fence...but I would like to see a Neapolitan do it. Here is a video of one of my dogs hopping about 4 feet over a tailgate of a full size truck with it up. Do you think your Neapolitans could do this unaided...without a ladder and without using the bumper first?
