ÄŒobanska pragmatical philosophy goes that their dogs eat little but work hard, which means they can not be so huge. Huge dogs are result of wealthy snobbery people who want to set new height and weight records. The real kynologes put the movement, stability and character before that and it is often on negative correlation with height (there are some rare exceptions) Sadly, the wish to have the biggest (best) dog has become the most important and thus puting the breeds that have existed for thousands of years without the interference of so called knowledgeble people that want to improve them at risk of becoming extinct.
