[/quote1332687454] my nieghbors arent strangers, we know each other, i pay them to tap into their wireless internet and when we pass each other we usually have breif friendly "neighbor" conversations. My house is behind their house, not to the side. anyways point being the dog is overly aggressive for its age due to the way they are raising it.
