She probably has the sores from rubbing on the wood and not eating enough my first rotti got very thin with her litter dispite the fact she could eat as much as she wanted she only had 7 pups. I think the dog is functional with more weight which will come back she is probably the way Neo's use to be in the last century. I feel sorry for some of the fat wrinkled top show dogs that can barely see past all the wrinkle over their eyes or bite with all that useless skin padding the bite and a working dog in the heat can't drool much it's survival depends on it Italy is still hot also. So you say the Neo's came to the area in the 70's mabye they came earlier or they got the second recreated Neo's from the 70's not the 20's or earlirer when Brazil was first found.
