Comment to 'pandikona a native breed from india'
  • You should keep in mind your dealing with uneducated people who never knows wats an ST Law is ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ this is the tragedy of these areas. when certain laws are made in favor of a particular section, it is the responsibility and duty of the law makers to educate the concerned section about their rights and privileges. _____________________ .I can give u complete details of tribe and adress. please try to enforce law over there.i will be the first person to be happy. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ i am not empowered to enforce law in india. there is a law enforcement department and it is indeed our misfortune that these people are effete and inefficient!. ___________________________ but i bet no police officials can enter that place and stop that practices since they have there own law and justice. They do so far called hunting through out year except summer.whole police department know and leaders know that, they never tried to stop it. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ you are again saying how effete our executive machinery is.. if they can't enforce the law there, why in the name of heaven do they deserve to be paid in the first place? this shows the ignorance not only in the minds of the tribals, but also in the minds of the officials in charge over there and also of the acceptance of their ignorance in us. the third problem is the root cause of the first two problems in my opinion. we must never accept travesty of governance. a PIL (writ of mandamus) should be filed in the appropriate forum to fix this problem if they don't diligently heed to words. _______________________ since they have there own probs. So its easy to say from sitting here but we have to know the actual situation and problems of people which lead this kind of hunting practices ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ own problems of theirs can never be an excuse for their lack of administrative efficacy. it is not only administrative efficacy, but prevalence of anarchy. their performance has been ludicrous and grotesque which puts any one of us to shame. and excuses of executives or tribals cannot be heeded as it is never competent of taking away the rights of animals and wildlife. if their weakness leads to violation of some other being's right, and if it cannot be kept in check and solved, it would have to be called as anarchy. if these people are fostering anarchy by sitting as executives of law, then there can be no tragedy of greater magnitude than this. despite of all the laws enacted for aggrieved sections of society, they are not being helped out, which in turn causes a devastating negative effect on indian democratic setup and wildlife. we are sitting here, placing our trust in our representatives who are designated there as law makers and we, the people of india have formed our executive and enforcement bodies to see to it that laws are implemented propely.. if the situation goes so bad as to say 'they have their own problems. so instead of sitting and typing here, go and enforce law by yourself', it shows the extent of acceptance of ludicrous, grotesque and corruption by people like us. in one corner, we see people slaughtering dogs like sadists with a demonic demeanor in another corner, you see people thinking that it is legitimate to destroy and harass the wildlife by keeping their traditions as excuse. traditions are not to prevail if it comes in conflict with the law and rights. as long as we accept it, it goes on and on. and these are the symptoms of a falling society. it is our forests, it is our property and we need to safeguard our property by due process of law! and indian law is efficient, but enforcements are not. if there is no enforcement, the law is just a farce. and the court of law has the power to direct the enforcement bodies to be efficient. i am waiting only till i come out as a law graduate. that is why i hold the legal profession in high regard. ______________________ if i think as one among tribesmen, all they do appears to be fair and just as long as i am ignorant of the opportunities i have as a tribesman. why i am finding this scenario to be obnoxious is that they are not utilizing what they are given. if it is not accessible, we should find out how it is not accessible and we should make it accessible. this has nothing against tribesmen. the essence of these paragraphs is my wish to see them moving with india! NOTE : these paragraphs are not off topic as it throws a lot of light on the circumstances and situations where these dogs are fostered and highly priced and held in high regard.
