Click on Settings or Profile - on the top right corner. Find and Click Registration Options. Scroll down to the box that says Upload your Avatar. Click Browse and find the file on your computer. Then click upload. If it does not work - your file is probably too large. Avatars are supposed to be small and the maximum width and height allowed is 120 x 120 pixels.
