Campeiro Bulldog
This Brazilian breed is descended from a few lines of old British bulldogs. Used on farms to control cattle, the Campeiro Bulldog also helped take pigs to the slaughterhouse. Bulky, but very agile, this powerful breed is a popular working dog in Brazil. The Campeiro Bulldog is cautious, but friendly with people, loves children and makes a lovely family dog. It is fairly dog-aggressive, however.
The CB are a Working Dog made by natural-selecting since 1800`s by immigrants from Europe in South of Brazil. The Dog were breeding by farmers to managed livestock~"Cattle Drive". The CB is a very close Conformation of the Levitt bulldog. The breeding Program are quit different but the both seams to have a rustic load in the foundation. The Ox farmers have been breeding the CB because they needed a capable bulldog to control their animals. The Guardian Ability is present and the behavior is very close to the Old English Bulldog with a strong personality.
The coat is short and it comes in all colors, solid or multicolored. Average height is around 20 inches.
