Overheard at the park

I was sitting under the shelter at Freidrich Park in San Antonio this morning when I heard two men and a lady talking about their dogs. The dogs in the story were American Pit Bull Terriers. 

It was a sad story and as I listened the gentleman telling the story started to cry. It seemed that he had to have some of his dogs put down because of aggression issues. Someone in his family was bitten and he turned the dogs over to Animal control to be put down. 

The discussion continued and I gathered the the dogs were treated as family and were not properly trained. I will see if there is a story about it in the press.
