Not sure if this topic was started to address bite force but it is widely thought that the Rottweiler has the strongest bite of about 330 PSI followed by the Doberman and the German Shepherd respectively.  It is also said that a Mastiff has recorded 550 psi bite force though I was unable to find any supporting documents.
