Pretty sweet how they have all that catalogued and accessible on-line.
It's an amazing breed and if it hadn't been so attached to the show ring it'd still be the perfect cmpanion/protection dog. I suppose you can say that about a lot of breeds, but the duelism of its lineage, simplicty and nobility, matched with the quality control of breeders created something ideal.
What the bulldog-terrier cross was to fighting, the bulldog-mastiff was to PP.
