Border Pug

Developed by crossing the Pug with the Border Terrier, the Border Pug is a devoted and playful family companion. Much more agile than the Pug, this is reportedly a healthier breed, but also a bit more feisty and energetic. It needs a fair ammount of attention and excercise to keep it happy, but the Border Pug makes a rewarding urban pet. Intelligent, willing to please and attentive, it is very easy to train.

The coat is hard and thick, coming in fawn and wheaten shades. Average height is around 9 inches.
