boerboel Temperment
My male BB gets along great with my 13 year old female husky cross. She is actually the alpha around here! He also does great with the cat. The cat tries to steal his food out of the bowl while he is eating. BB totally puts up with that.
As far as Physical ability, I can't say anything about the AB or the Presa. My BB is much more athletic and agile than my Fila ever was. Could be my individual dogs though.

For all those who own boerboels how do they get on with other dogs within your household? Do they consider other animals in the house as part for the family/pack ? How would you say there physical abilities compare to those of the American bulldog, Pressa and Fila :?:

Hey Nick, I am so sorry, I really should have posted his age in my last reply, I meant to. :oops: He is only 9 months, so all I wrote before should be taken with a grain of salt. All of that easy-going nature could totally turn around once he matures! Tracy

Thats why I asked, I am guessing they reach maturity at around 18 -24 months so you will have to keep us posted as to how he is doing. Though every dog is different.

I have got a Boerboel Male , and he is almost 3 years old .... with females he is great... But other dogs with the same sex he is not friendly....
