Idiotic, considering who is behind it - Tamara Follett (ThunderHawk Kennel), the star of NG with her uncontrollable COs. May be the only way is to have some kind of special dog insurance, covering every dog-related accident. Because the damage caused by by a small dog running across the road may be much mire serious, than single "dangerose" dog bite. And even more important, when it will be about money and insurance rates, may be we will see real statistical data about how dangerose those "dangerose dogs" are.

Okay Guys, here is something in the USA. North Carolina now has a bill going through to be voted upon, that will allow inspections of private property at anytime. The bill allows law enforcement and local animal control to search the houses and private property at any time of the day or night of anyone who falls under the definition of Commercial Breeder. Commercial Breeder in their definition, is anyone who breeds more than 2 litters a year. Talk about Nazi Germany time. I hope that N. C. votes this down. Kat
