I would like to propose this relevant topic to discuss the worst fault in any breeding Program. Because the displasya have more than 20 genes involved they could jump 5 or more generation to manifest its a real problem for any Kennel. OFA FCI (European) BVA (UK/Australia) SV (Germany) OFA-FCI-BVA-SV E / A-1 / 0-4 (no > 3/hip) / Normal G / A-2 / 5-10 (no > 6/hip) / Normal F / B-1 / 11-18 / Normal B /B-2 /19-25 /Fast Normal Okay to breeding (IMO) **************************************** M / C /26-35 /Noch Zugelassen Mod / D /36-50 /Mittlere S / E /51-106 /Schwere The Brazilian Grade are a little different A (HD –): Excelent B (HD +/-):Good C (HD +): Borderline Okay to breeding (IMO) ********************* D (HD ++): moderade E (HD +++): sever The first step is to not increase the size of the dog more than 40-45 kg. The second will be to use smaller and game APBT in the Program. The third will be selection smaller females to maintain the future size. And selection based in grades.
