**Crossposted with permission** For those who are interested I am doing a pre-published price of $11.00 (USA) per book plus appropriate shipping (see chart-USA) for shipping and handling (USA). If you want more than 5 books I will do them at $10.00 ea (USA) plus shipping and handling (see chart).
