This post is in regards to personal protection work and the many venues which supply an outlet for us working dog folks. There is absolutely no unity among us. Only a handful are willing to cooperate and to work as a group with no leader just those who truly want to work and gain knowledge as it pertains to dogs. When will we all learn that there is nothing in this world that can be done in just one fashion. There are a thousand ways to do one thing! No one man, person, group, club, association, organization, kennel club has a monopoly on training. Training has evolved and will continue to evolve. I have become nauseated with many in the pp world, using forums and chatrooms to wage internet wars. All claiming to know it all. This is getting old and is doing great harm to the canine nation whether you work your dogs or not. I implore all to please agree to disagree or work together, damn it people!! WE ARE DOING NOTHING, AND IF WE DO NOTHING, WE WILL BE LEFT WITH NOTHING!!!!!! -

It's not about agreeing with me but being able to respect someone else's opinions and beliefs. It's about working together instead of against each other, it's the dogs who lose out in the end, not us. -

the problem is that those who won't work with each other do it mostly from simple beliving that ther method IS the only working method and everybody els are blind and probably stupid -

bullmol242 I totally agree with you. Some people believe their "methods" are superior. Everyone has something to learn.
