Vets Are Banning Holistic Medicine

Today, the concept of preventive medicine would be laughable if it wasn’t so tragically misguided. Most vets today believe dogs need the following to be healthy:

  • Major surgery to remove their reproductive organs (and the important hormones they control)
  • Vaccines (with ingredients like thimerosal, aluminum, MSG, formaldehyde and foreign animal protein)
  • Neurotoxic drugs (these meds kill fleas and ticks by devastating their nervous systems … and your dog’s)
  • Poisons that kill intestinal worms
  • Processed, starch-filled diets filled with cancer-causing mycotoxins (molds) and poor quality ingredients (nearly all commercial pet food is so completely devoid of nutrition that it relies on a combo of synthetic vitamins, minerals and amino acids called a premix to make it pass AAFCO standards)

      • My vet told me the biggest concern with the oral meds is the risk of seizures. That’s the bad news, the good news is they’re generally avoidable. The seizures are caused by an overdose. Too much medication for the amount of dog. My dog rides the along the line between dosages at +/-50 lbs. he wants me to keep her under that weight so he can give her the lesser dosage and keep the seizure risk at a minimum.

Obviously I use the oral meds from Pet Pharmacy and haven’t had any issues. I trust my vet’s knowledge and abide by his recommendations.

        • I am so much against holistic medicine! i tried all the natural stuff for the fleas and ticks but it is never 100% effective. Ordered frontline chews from Pet meds online and we finally have peace.  I am not going to experiment with dog's health under any circumstances
