Weak Bites Weak Nerves
I had two dobes myself, they r the best dogs I have ever had.. I deeply regret that I am not being able to keep a dobe at present. rumours about weak nerves n weak bite is just too far from truth. I'm telling you the truth!! I haave been with so many dogs, mainly known for their guarding skills and valor. but dobermans are one of the bravest and most courageous dogs I have ever owned. I had never seen my dobe in fear. he was reaady for anything!! he even used to inspire me. and about the bite, when my dobe used to catch hold of something, he never used to let it go.. we used to play tug of war, and I used to lift him up along with the rope, and he never used to release the grip.. in fact he fastened on to it with more vigor!! the kind of intelligence they have, the kind of wit, and self sacrificing love towards his master is something I never forget.. my hearty congratulations to the great man who created this breed!!

I have a wonderful dobe who is also excellent working hogs-very easy to control, obedient, puts them where I want them, and fearless. I don't want him to grab and hold them-if I did I would get an American Bulldog or APBT.
