Thanks people, I got him at 7 months from a family that did not want any alterations. We did neuter him. Hes about 13 -15 months onld in thoes pictures. What exactly do you see that gives you doubt in his breed? I do know what he has that is not common for today’s designer Corsos. Here are a few links of similar looking Corsos: -

Well Wolf, You get a gold star! Ever since I got him I have been trying to find out my dogs history - parents and such. Laitly Jonothan Shiloka and I have been chatting because Jonothan used to breed in my area. After a look at my boy he was convinced that my boy was from his lines, not a Corso. A Lakota Mastino. So, the news my Corso is actually a Bandog was not that dissapointing; he was bred for work and performance. And I beleave it. Cheers, -

Nice looking dog. Nick never said he was a CC though ;) What's his name, and how big is he? -

His first family named him "Buddy". Its not that creative but it stuck so thats it. Actually it is odd because I used to hate my Grandmas old dog named "buddy", he was stupit little thing. I used to think, who would name a dog "buddy"... He is about 27' tall and around 115 - 120lbs, I haven't checked in a month er so. In the pics he was about 105 - 115lbs depending on the pic. -

Ya, Buddy isn't a good name for such a serious looking big dog :) Easy enough to change dog names though...
