The play on “Enter the Dragon” probably isn’t too erroneous for the Ca de Bou, given the breed’s history and reputation. Their popularity is certainly growing, and these days they’re finding a place in the world as fine companion dogs, watch dogs and show dogs. I intend to source a Ca de Bou sooner rather than later. I’m not too interested in a show dog, but more a companion dog, so exact breed standard is unimportant. I’m interested in information, pics, etc from breeders and fanciers. Best regards, Denno. -

Check all of these out: http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Ottobrito44&search_type=&search=Search They are all littermates or from the same line as Capo, the Ca de Bou I've handled. An acquaintance of mine who is the director of the national French Ring Club have tested some of these dogs as puppies and have said that they have lot's of potential to become good workers as they have high prey drive! My only problem here is that all of the ones I've met, even as 8 week old puppies have been VERY dog aggressive. Nevertheless, great dogs all in all!!! ALV -
