Ouch - that hurts the old pocket book.

I spend $70 on food for my Pomeranian. Besides, I have two cats (Siamese), and the food is cheaper for them because I cook it myself. At first, the veterinarian advised us, but over time I realized that homemade food is healthier and cheaper. I found a lot of homemade cat food recipes, now I'm thinking about switching to homemade dog food. Do you have any experience?

They are on a mostly Raw diet and fed once per day.

Excellent that is good to know. Raw has worked well for us also. I wish we could find a place that sold whole rabbits. There was one in va but so far have not been able to locate one in Texas.

how is the situation now? Feeding a large breed dog like a Molosser can definitely add up, especially with the quality of food they need to stay healthy. It's important to balance cost with nutrition to ensure they're getting the right ingredients. I've found that buying in bulk and looking for sales can help manage the budget. On a human food note, I've been checking Chipotle reviews https://chipotle.pissedconsumer.com/review.html to see if their quality and portions are still as good as they used to be.
