Video size must be less than 64MB.

Step 1 - Click on Videos on the main menu or from other places and choose Upload.
Step 2 - Choose your album or create new one
Step 3 - Choose your upload method - for youtube and others use Embed.
Step 4. Insert code and done.

Some video sites do not allow streaming their content so it can't be done. I found it on youtube.
