Presa Escapes Plane.
Jajaja, well Richard. Thanks a lot for the news. You know, I do transport for dogs in planes, so I know what you are talking about. I understand it can be very stressful for the dog, so, we must take care of the dog very good to avoid those situations.
Well this is 1 in a million times, but happened once. So we must care and watch carefully the way we board our dog in the plane.
Nice nothing happened to this dog.

This dog apparently chewed its way out of its crate and when the baggage handlers opened the cargo door. The dog jumped and ran down the runway at NY LaGuardia Airport. The female 90lb Presa decided to cool off with a swim in Flushing Bay. The NYPD rescued the tired girl from the 60 degree water. At least three flights where prevented from taking off. So they could rescue her. After being pulled from the water, she then was reunited with the owner. For those of you who travel with your dogs. It can be a tough reminder how stressful travel can be for us. It can be just as tough for the animals. At least this one had a happy ending. He is currently 5 months old and 75 lbs as of yesterday before breakfast. He is best of friends with our 10 pound terrier and loves kids. Just wondering if there are any other owners of a...

Interesting photos. How does the Bullmastiff perform in the Brazilian heat? I have friends in Recife where it's 80s year round and very few Molossers survive there. I do know that some Brazilian Police like the Tropa de Elite take pride in their working Filas that look like giant bloodhounds that are used to hunt and sometimes kill fugitives in the jungle.
