AGILITY - MINI WORKSHOPS
MAY / JULY 2022 - Each week there will be a different topic and skill set that we work on.
WEEK1 - MINI SEQUENCES - tunnel, hoop, jump, start line stays
WEEK 2 - WEAVE and Proofing Weave performance
WEEK 3 - CONTACTS - Contact performance - work/release
WEEK 4 - JUMPING - correct jump performance - pinwheels, straight-a-ways, flips, wraps, switch, send outs, lead outs
WEEK 5 - CROSSES - front, rear, blind
WEEK 6 - DISTANCE HANDLING
