Possibly a male CO for adoption

Blatantly looks like there's some GSD in him. Didn't see him at all on the page you had linked, Gary. I am wondering about his age and personality, though.

    • I was asked to post this info on MD just in case any of our members were interested in what may be a Caucasian Ovharka in a rescue in Oregon. If you are not interested in this dog then please pass the word to those who may be. All contact info and photos are included here. The link to the shelter is http://www2.co.multnomah.or.us/AnimalWeb/Default.aspx Please do not reply to me or ask me about the dog - just contact Stephanie at the number below. [blockquote]Subject: Possible Caucasian in our shelter--Mack 493169 Hello! I have heard of these dogs but NEVER thought I would see one in our shelter! I have attached the best photos I could of this restless guy and am hoping they will help identify his breed. I believe he is an adolescent and he passed his handling and food bowl assessment with flying colors. Due to the very special nature of this breed, I would not dream of offering him to the general public for adoption. Please let me know where I might find a breed rescue in my area that could take him. He is NOT in danger of being euthanized, but I want to get him with the right folks. I thought there was someone in Southern Oregon a few years ago… Stephanie Collingsworth, CPDT Behavior and Training Multnomah County Animal Services Sunday-Thursday 503-988-7387 ext 25243[/blockquote]
