I did not watch more than the first picture. Just by seeing that I knew what it was all about. Unfortunatly it is seen so often. What shocks me most is that the soceity does not take action, but just turns the other cheek. At times I watch the different programs on Animal Planet (Animals Cops Houston, animal precinct etc.) and a thing I have come across often is that these animal abusers avoid charge because these organizations say that the main part of their work is to educate people. We have a similar case going on in Denmark. I used to volunteer on a farm wherethe animals were basically starved. Whole litter of puppies suddenly died, animals suddenly disappeared and animals starved to death. The owners made up all kinds of excuses - too little staff, animals being sick (basically what you ALWAYS hear). The man and his wife were bothcharged with cruelty to animals, but appealed. Now many months have passed and a year can pass before he will go to court again. I wonder if this case is the same - Soceity turning its cheek and making excuses. When you call police reporting cruelty to animals many months can pass before any action is taken. Excuse is that they do not have time or staff. Personally I do not believe that - My theory is that when it comes to animals people think it is too difficult. This guy does NOT need to be educated - It is pure evil.

Interesting photos. How does the Bullmastiff perform in the Brazilian heat? I have friends in Recife where it's 80s year round and very few Molossers survive there. I do know that some Brazilian Police like the Tropa de Elite take pride...
