Your right Des,the rabies vaccines protects the dog for 2,5-3 years,but not only the Nobivac vaccine.We use as the top vaccines the Eurican made by merial france.From the studies that i`ve read for 3 years is protecting the vaccines against parvo, caree disease,and adenoviroses.Against leptospirosis, bordetella, and coronavirosis the dog is protected for 3-6 monts.As far as i know you have to vaccinate against the rabies every year (each country has his own law). Before the vaccination you must deworm correctly the dog,if he has worms, the immunity may not be assured.

Hai, The rules are changed in the EU.First you needed to vaccinate your dog every year.Now the rules are changed.When your vet use the vaccin Nobivac from Intervet (because that is the only one who is valid for 3 years).You dont need to vaccinate every year only once in the three years. Ask your vet for this vaccine. :D Greetings Des

Hoi Dees, I've heard that the rabies vaccination is valid for 5 years.. After the vaccination has been done you get a passport for your dog and then you can travil as you like within Europe.. After the vaccination is done I think you have to wait 4 months before you are allowed to travil.. Doei
