Never mind I saw the video, I don't think the dog did anything wrong. I don't know if it's just me but I would never have the dog with all that tension on the collar, it reminded of agitation exercises. It kinda seems like the handlers were unsure of how the dog is by keeping it so tight like that. Also, the lady staring into the dog's eyes like that when going to kiss him could have made the dog go into a defense mode.
