• A friend called me to inquire whether I knew that Ms. Victoria S. Evans of MaxOmagic Oaks Central Asian Shepherds had passed away. Victoria was a friend to me and many of our members so I used google to come up with an answer and here is what I found.
Ms. Victoria Spearman Evans, age 59, of Buchanan, GA, passed away on Friday, May 27, 2011. Ms. Evans was born on March 10, 1952 in Cedartown, Georgia to her parents, the late Charles Galvin Spearman and the late Dorothy Knighten Spearman, who preceded her in death on May 26, 2011. Victoria worked for the United States Postal Service from 1986 until her retirement in 2004. During the last nine years she served as the Post Master of the Esom Hill Post Office. She was an avid animal lover and a rare breed dog enthusiast. Ms. Evans was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her son, Chris Spruell, her daughter and son in law, Shala & Robert Hainer, her grandson, Jackson Hainer, her sister and brother in law, Rise Spearman & Howard Shealy and her god daughter, B. J. Smith. In keeping with her wishes, Ms. Evans will be cremated. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. The family ask that flowers please be omitted and memorial contributions be made to: Posey Shelter Pets Promotions, Inc. ( PSPPINC), P.O. Box 2062, Cedartown, GA, 30125. We invite you to visit our memorial web site at www.liteseyfh.com to extend your personal condolences to the family and to sign the on-line guestbook. The Lester C. Litesey Funeral Home of Cedartown is in charge of the arrangements for Ms. Victoria Spearman Evans.
Here is the http://www.liteseyfh.com/fh/obituaries/obituary.cfm?o_id=1170403&fh_id=12186 to the actual page. The Central Asian Ovcharka community in the USA and the dog owning public have lost a great champion and a good friend. Rest in peace Victoria.
